General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

For all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses, the following GTC apply in their version valid at the time of the order.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with the operator named in the imprint. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs & Customs/Import Duties

  • Small Business Status: According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged and displayed.

  • Shipping Costs: In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details will be displayed during the ordering process.

  • Import/Customs: Since delivery can take place directly from external manufacturers or suppliers (also from non-EU countries) by means of dropshipping, taxes (e.g. import sales tax) or customs duties may arise in individual cases upon import. Unless otherwise stated, these are to be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery and Delivery Times

  • Delivery takes place directly from the warehouse of the respective upstream supplier to the delivery address you provided.

  • The exact delivery times are displayed on the respective product page. Due to shipping routes from abroad, the delivery time can be 10 to 21 working days in individual cases.

5. Payment

The payment methods displayed in the shop are available to you. When selecting third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Klarna), their terms of use also apply.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Warranty and Liability for Defects

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Return

  • Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details.

  • Return Address: In the event of a withdrawal, please do not unsolicitedly return the goods to the manufacturer abroad. The relevant return address for withdrawals will be communicated to you in the cancellation policy or upon request. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), available at [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
